LEWIS/MCCHORD/EGLIN |
| I noticed that alot of the complaints about Leiws and McChord are that in rains in Washington. It does rain alot in Washington, it's always been known as one of the rainest states. It rarely gets up to the 80's or 90's but if you live there you'll notice that never stops the locals. If your used to hot weather it'll probably suck for you to be there. I have never used an umbrella in Washington because your so used to it, that it's whatever. However, when I moved to Flordia, they too have torenchal downpours, I'm talking big, fat, raindrop and thunder/lightning. I never used an umbrella till I moved here, it floods in a matter of mins. It could be 70 degrees and one dark cloud in the middle of the day, you've got a horrible storm with possible tornado warning. So my point is, I'd rather have overcast light rain or drizzle than, beautiful sunshine and possible tornado/flooding downpours. As always I think it's what your used to, what your exspectations are and what you make it. For me there's no place like home. |
