Crunchy Double Chip Cookies

Recipe: Crunchy Double Chip Cookies 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 cup sugar 1 cup margerine or butter softened 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla 8 cups Corn Flakes cereal (crushed to 5cups) 1/2 cup milk chocolate morsels 1/2 cup peanut butter morsels Stir together flour, salt, baking powder & soda; set aside. In large mixing bowl,beat together sugar & margerine until light & fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in dry ingredients, mixing until thoroughly combined. Add 2 cups crushed cereal, chocolate, and peanut butter morsels. Drop by slightly rounded tablespoons into remaining crushed cereal, coating dough completely. Place about 2 inches apart on slightly greased baking sheets. Bake 350 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks before storing in airtight container. Yields 36 cookies
