1 (15oz.) can creamed corn
1 small box Jiffy mix
1/2 cup melted margarine
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
Spray 8x8 in. pan w/ shortening.
Mix all ingredients together, bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Top should be slightly browned. |
