kadena ab, japan

kadena is a very large base. one of the biggest air force bases they have. for me I have complaints due to no americanized shopping areas and not many good places to eat off base.it is a small island so you feel very confined, but if you are in to tropical weather this might be the place for you. one place off base that many americans go to eat is coco's a curry house. they seem to really love it. and the majority of the japanese people are very nice and friendly. driving over here is a pain. you drive on opposite sides and the roads are very narrow. the cars made here are also very cheap, and dont stay in good shape for to long.
