Where do I begin? Ok, the driving. South Carolina drivers are have cells missing in their brains seriuosly I'm from Philly so I've seen the horrible Jersey drivers, but thats nothing compared to these people. Its just stupid and dangerous. Then there's the weather oh my goodness you can't even sit outside and enjoy the sun b/c the entire time you are swatting bugs away and its so humid you can barely breathe. The base itself is ok , well compared to the only other base I'm familiar with McGuire :0. lol. Well anything is better than that. The base is clean and now we have Army people coming since the decision to keep this base open.............Everything revolves around Wal-MArt. I used to like walmart until I got here. Oh what about this Sunday law they have , no stores are allowed to open until 1:30pm b/c of religious purposes. Thats just crazy. At 12am Saturday night they stop selling alcohol so if you opt to go out you have to come home early. ALso coming down south is like taking a step back into the 80's , people still write checks down here ;0 . Who writes checks anymore?!?!?!
Every time you go out you're in for at least a 20min drive so if you want to go Wendys by the time you get home your fries are soggy. lol. I think I'm done have fun selecting another base.
