Well let me just say that New River, Jacksonville, this whole state of North Carolina SUCK'S. The weather SUCK'S here. It's alway's raining and if it's not raining it's hella humid. People SUCK here, they are alway's locked up in their country homes and when they see you they don't even say hello. There is nothing to do here and I MEAN NOTHING! Being born and rised in california, I got use to all the exciting and fun places cali has to offer. Jacksonville has nothing to offer. This place is way-out of date. It needs a major over-haul. What happen to all the theme parks, night clubs, sports bars and most of all the nice shopping malls and outlets...haha not here in this suckee place. The only attraction here are the
want-a-bee beaches. Which they also SUCK!! Cant say anything about the shcools here beacuse I dont have kids. Base housing and commissary could be better. The only good thing I have to say about New River, Jacksonville is that this place is making me save more money..... because there is no where to spent it!! For your own good stay as far away from New River and Jacksonville, NC.
