The base here is very nice. Everything is pretty much easy to find. The commisary,Px and post office are all close to one another and the hospital is just down the street along with our Bank here.
There's plenty to do for your kids. We have youth centers,libraries,bowling,classes of jazz,karate and gymnastics. And a theater. Offpost there's the clarksville mall,chuckey cheese,the Hopkinsville mall which is small but nice. We have alot of nice places to eat as well.
The weather in the summer is hot with temps up to 105 and winters are very cool. Not alot of snow in the past winters here. We get alot of rain with freezing rain and sleet. But a light dustings of snow here and there.
The people have been very helpful here since we have came here. This is all new to me and the first base i have lived on. I find it very saticfying. I hope this helps.
