El Paso

Fort Bliss Texas

Well let me tell you after reading what people have to say about El Paso I'll tell it to you like it should be told by a fellow El Pasoan. Fort Bliss isn't too bad. No we don't have carjacking all the time and yes you do need to speak spanish to work here but not in all the jobs is it required. I have lived here all my life and I really haven't HAD to speak spanish. But face it it's a BOARDER TOWN. Im not going to go to Germany and say ohh my Everyone speaks German isn't everyone suppost to speak English It is a universal language. blah blah. Back to the point. El Paso has great climate sunshine almost all year round and it doesn't get really cold for the most part. I don't expect medical service at the snap of my fingers but they have acomidated me with good timing at the clinic or WBAMC. There is much to see in Juarez Mexico if you visit with someone who know's there way around. We have pretty friendly people around here who love to share there culture. If you want to purchase stuff in Juarez put on a thinking cap and haggle the price they pretty much will meet you somewhere in between. Cash is best. Juarez is not as dangerous as everybody makes it out to be. If you can go during the bull fighting season. El Paso you got malls and most of the time you have to drive to see stuff. It is what you make it.
