MacDill AFB

My husband is currently stationed at MacDill AFB. MacDill is a really nice base in Tampa Florida. The commisary was just remodeled, and is very nice and easy to shop in. Tampa is a busy place, but the community is very military oriented. Many places offer the military discount, and for the most part, everyone is friendly to military families. The beaches in the area are beautiful. The weather is hot, but tolerable. Don't know about housing because we live off base. If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail me!
