NAB is beautiful, as is all of Coronado. we lived in the housing for less than a year, but waited 3 exact years for it. We had 4 bedrooms and a yard so big that it took me 45 minutes just to mow it, and practically running.
The homes are one story ranchers and the housing is in the form of a large circle. Lots of kids, everyone's real nice and the kids are safe to play outside all day.The speed limit is 10mph ,so bike riding and roller blading is safe for them.
Every Wed and Sat the kids would get together and walk to the free movies, only paying for the snacks. Right near the theater is the Library, and down the street from the theater and library is a McD's, Subway, Pizza place, Rice King, NEX, and best and last, a beautiful pool and gym and work out center.
We loved living there, but left to buy a house right in the Village of Coronado. the schools are top notch.
