NSA Northwest Annex

DON"T COME HERE!!!!! The place is a DUMP!!!! It is in the middle of nowhere in Chesapeake. You have to drive a half and hour to get to a supermarket. They have a NEX here on base but it is the size of a 7-11. There is a gas station with 2 pumps and the gas is more money than on town. Housing SUCKS as well.....If you can recall a thing called ISABEL that came ripping through the area in September....well it totally screwed up housing more than it was. The roofs are caving in on the houses in Carolina Meadows. My nieghbor actually had the cieling fall in on her kids bed. (lucky the kid was not there) They have TOXIC MOLD IN SOME OF THE HOUSES AND ARE PAINTING OVER IT!!!! Like that will stop the mold and disease. None of the tiolets work and when you call housing they say we have to wait. The woman who runs housing here is a wast of breathe. Oh yeah and when you get your house NO WALK THROUGH, so the way you find it is the way you get it when you pick up the keys. DIRTY!!!!! DIRTY!!!!!! DIRTY!!!!! The people who live here are ignorant and rude and half of them a racist. REVERSED RACISM is the racism of choice on this base. Oh yeah and let me not forget to mention the people here in VIRGINIA are the RUDEST BUNCH OF S.O.B's you'll ever meet. They drive like idiots and when the cut you off the give YOU the finger. You get taxed on everything.....from a 4% tax on food to a 4 1/2% tax on non-food items. The only good thing about here is that the schools are great here in Hickory. Although you have to drive 10 miles to get to them. MAN DO I MISS MAINE....PORTHSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD IN KITTERY, MAINE WAS THE BEST. WE HATE THIS BASE DON'T EVER COME TO NSA NORTHWEST!!!!!!!!!
