NAS Whidbey Island Wa

My husband and I have lived in housing here in Oak Harbor for about a year and a half. Before that we lived about a hour away from base. We both prefer Base housing. It is a very nice neighborhood right outside the main gait. Everyone around here is friendly, except my imediate neighbors. They are rude and selfish. I just had a baby a couple months ago and they like to slam their doors, stomp up the stairs and be as loud as they can. We have tried to ask them to keep it down, but it only makes it worse. I think we got put next to some of the most inmature people in the world. Other than that this is a very beautiful place to be stationed.
