Recipe: With plenty of veggies, sour cream, and cheese, this meatless appetizer is sure to please any hungry crowd. Serve with lots of corn chips or tortillas. Prep Time is only 5-minutes and it makes 8 to 10 servings... INGREDIENTS: 1 (16-ounce) can refried beans; 2 teaspoons taco seasoning mix; 1 (88-ounce) container refrigerated avocado dip or 1 cup guacamole; 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream; 1 (4-1/2 ounce) can chopped black olives, drained; 2 large tomatoes; 1 small onion, diced; 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies; 1-1/2 cups (6-ounces) Monterey Jack cheese... DIRECTIONS: Step 1: Stir together beans and seasoning mix. Spread mixture into a medium size serving dish . Spread avocado dip and sour cream evenly over the bean mixture in layers. If the serving dish is clear and not opaque, the layering of the preceding ingredients makes for a stunning visual effect... Step 2: Sprinkle with olives and the next 4 ingredients. Serve immediately, or cover and chill for up to 4-hours... Note: It takes a bit longer, but assembling this in individual small clear cups makes it extra special... Enjoy!!!
