OH my! This was our first duty station! When i arrived there, i knew i was in hell! First of all, they had no place for us to stay, so they put us in old, rat infested barracks! We had a 5 month old daughter! Rats ate our bread, and my daughters bottle nipples! And we had to pay! For the 1st year i was in Evans Mills...the rent is a rip off! We got housing in Calcium. It was Great! Family support groups are great! My hubby was deployed a lot! He was also out in the field a lot! There are lots of stores, and parks. But i wouldnt want to go there again....haha
