Fort Bliss

I am writing this at the end of April 2007. We have been here since November 2006. I like this base a LOT better then Fort Drum. The weather is sooooo much better. There are MANY more things to do. If you have kids there are a lot of parenting groups. Go on yahoo groups and search for El Paso. Here are a few of the parenting groups here: LLL, MOPS, HMN, NINO, 2 home schooling groups, and more. LOCAL FOOD: To be expected there are a ton of Mexican food places here. Carlos & Mickeys is a good sit down place. But it can be a bit pricey. Try the margaritas if you go ;) Taco Cabana is good for fast food. The nachos are yummy.
