Could Be Worse

Fort Bliss

This is our first tour of duty and I really don't mind it here at all. I have made it a point since being here to be involved at the CSC as a volunteer. Also, I have taken all of the AFTB levels of classes and any other trainings that are available. For me, being proactive has been my saving grace, particularly since my husband deployed shortly after we got settled. We currently do not live on post, but at some point I would like to. I really have appreciated the helpfulness and friendlyness of most of the folks I have met at Ft. Bliss. I appreciate the library and the gyms as well as the activities that take place on post. So, I guess that all in all I don't mind being here.
