fort knox

do not come to fort knox! the post is tiny, the shopping has to be done off post the schools are way behind in the teaching, there is no feeling of community everyone here stays to themselves and getting a job here other than fast food or food service worker is impossiable. If the spouse goes drill you will be very lonely and there are no frg's. The housing is older than sin and they don't have the funds to fix what they do have. Rent off post costs you more than you get in BAH. I feel for anyone who gets stuck here.
